Dawn Evans is serial entrepreneur, public speaker, author, and qualified professional trainer. Dawn’s background as a college lecturer and currently CEO of multi award winning Vocational Training Company Ajuda Ltd, and founder of Wales biggest ever Education and Mental Health Shows have given her a vast amount of skills and experience as a budding entrepreneur.

Over the past 15 years Dawn has developed a reputation for successfully delivering and implementing training programs for delegates outside of mainstream education. Dawn has a vast amount of business experience and specialises in motivating, inspiring in developing start up business. With a degree in coaching and mentoring for Entrepreneurial Practice, she has used this qualification and put it into practice developing and creating new entrepreneurs of the future.

In addition to Dawn’s role as a multi award winning business owner, Dawn is also a proud owner of a multi-million pound property portfolio, and has spent many years working alongside property tycoon Kevin Green to coach clients across the globe, assisting them in growing businesses and property portfolios of their own.

Dawn is also a Role Model for the Welsh Government Big Ideas Program. This involves delivering presentations on Entrepreneurship, where she takes the time to share her experiences with students age 13 upwards in order to inspire confidence and motivation to consider launching their own company in the future.

Dawn regularly attends schools, colleges, and universities, delivering presentations on her experiences as a successful entrepreneur. She aims to inspire the youth of today into entrepreneurship. This is something that she is passionate about.

Dawn started her mentoring journey as a business mentor for the Princes trust, a role she found very rewarding as she mentored young individuals with a disadvantaged background to start his/her journey into Entrepreneurship.

Dawn started her speaking career after attending an intense training course in London in 2013, at Andy Harrington’s Public Speaking Academy.

Since completing this training Dawn has gone on to speak publicly at may major events in the UK, also appearing on local TV programmes too.
