For whatever reason. Everything you need is on this website (unless catalyst2 is not your host but you will have details of that). The exception is access to SQL Server databases (covered in Need Access to your website).

But the purpose of this website is not so much to promote Sundial but to assist you if I am unavailable. I usually am and can be contacted in many ways.
