Not a very common situation; Catalyst2 have uptime over 99%. They back up every night and hold a few days worth. I keep 4 days of backups also. Often it’s simply a temporary network problem (something which often resolves itself in minutes so check back in 20 minutes). Reboot your router. Still an issue?
