The latest version of the report will be available in the website footer of this website. If you have any of the plugins that are highlighted it will tell you what to do. Ask me if you are unsure. The ones with no fix mean you need to delete that plugin.
If you are using trusted plugins that provide regular updates (and thats all I ever use) you probably will have no issues. I have had to delete one pugin in 10 years and it had done no harm, it just had the potential to do harm. So keep an eye on these reports.
